CECILIA A. PERKINS graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Ms. Perkins received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1986. Ms. Perkins was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987. Ms. Perkins is an “AV” rated lawyer specializing in business litigation. Currently, Ms. Perkins focuses her practice in the area of complex business litigation, both in state and federal courts, with emphasis in real estate, employment, and intellectual property matters.
