Judy S. Hirahara is a senior counsel at Cadden & Fuller LLP and has been with the firm for the past 26 years. Ms. Hirahara’s practice focuses primarily on commercial business and real estate litigation. Ms. Hirahara’s experience includes all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through post-judgment collections, including law and motion, writs of possession/attachment, discovery, mediation/settlement, and trial. She also has experience defending clients in matters related to ADA and Unruh Civil Rights Act. Ms. Hirahara’s bankruptcy experience includes creditor representation in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, nondischargeability/denial of discharge litigation and defense of preference claims.
Ms. Hirahara approaches her clients’ issues with a practical, cost-effective focus to maximize client results. She has managed and favorably resolved cases for numerous clients, with experience in all stages of litigation, including taking cases to trial.
