Thomas H. Cadden co-founded Cadden & Fuller LLP in 1998 alongside H. Daniel Fuller, building the firm into a trusted name in business and real estate litigation throughout Orange County and Southern California. Over more than two decades of practice, he represented many of the same business and commercial real estate clients for years, often serving as outside general counsel and becoming a true partner in their success.
An accomplished litigator, Mr. Cadden participated in numerous trials and arbitrations on behalf of his clients, earning a reputation for high standards of legal ethics and dedicated representation. He was also a frequent speaker and panelist on business and commercial real estate topics throughout his career.
Mr. Cadden earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1985, where he was a recipient of the President’s Scholarship and a member of the Benjamin Cardozo National Moot Court Competition Team. He held a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
Mr. Cadden’s dedication to his clients and his contributions to the firm he built continue to guide Cadden & Fuller LLP today.
