THOMAS H. CADDEN graduated in 1982 from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management.  Mr. Cadden received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University in 1985.  While in law school, Mr. Cadden was the recipient of the President's Scholarship.  He received the first place award at the International Moot Court Competition in 1984, and was a member of the Benjamin Cardozo National Moot Court Competition Team in 1985.  Mr. Cadden was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1985.

Mr. Cadden has over 15 years experience litigating all types of business and general civil litigation matters, and has participated in trials, arbitrations and mediations involving a variety of different types of disputes in these areas.  Mr. Cadden also has extensive experience handling real estate and corporate transactional matters and serves as corporate counsel for a number of clients.  Mr. Cadden has also participated as a speaker at several lectures and workshops on a variety of business related topics.
