H. Daniel Fuller graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 1982 where he was selected to represent the school as a member of its National Moot Court Team. Mr. Fuller was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982. He has had extensive experience in litigating a wide variety of business disputes involving commercial contracts, real estate, unfair business practices and related claims. Much of his practice, on both the plaintiff and defense side, involves employer/employee relations and claims of illegal discrimination and harassment. In addition, Mr. Fuller has developed a particular expertise in handling intellectual property litigation, specifically cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, trademark infringement and counterfeiting.
